Being “Uncommon” has been my lifestyle since the early 90’s, when I was personally Discovering, Recruiting and Signing under the radar Players that very few colleagues thought were good enough to play at the College Level. 9 Conference Championships and 30 years later, I still have that same passion and vested interest in discovering under recruited talent, and coaching them throughout the Recruiting Process. With 30+ Years Experience, including 20 of those at the College Level as the lead Recruiting Coordinator (NCAA D1, D2, D3 & NAIA) I now build Selected Players Recruiting Game Plans that will move their name up college coaches boards and not off of them as they continue to progress. If selected for the Year Round Program, we start by Evaluating full Game Films so we can get a comprehensive assessment on College Ready Strengths that will Gain Exposure, Areas Exposed that players must continue to Improve, and get a plan in place moving forward that will ‘Gain Interest’ from College Coaches at the projected levels of Play. The UC Prospect Evaluations written by Former or Current College Coaches acts as our Guide to create a Recruiting Game Plan tailored to the Individual Player.
