Strive for the ‘9’
6’0 Point Guard 2026 Dre Huggins | TMI (San Antonio) 210-944-9303 Haven’t Had a Chance To Evaluate Dre Since His Junior Season, And Man Am I Glad He Attended The SA Finale. Was One of 2 Players Listed By Every Coach On Staff As a College Level Lead Guard. Did a Great Job of Getting Downhill And Stayed In Attack Mode Throughout the Camp. Showed Good Court Vision When Drawing 2nd Line Defenders, Did a Good Job of Guarding The Ball Without Getting Beat off the Bounce, And Has Gotten Much Better at Finishing Through Contact In The Paint. Although He’s Playing on a Loaded TMI Team, He is Still The General And Lead Guard With An Opportunity To Lead TMI To a Great Season And Deep Playoff Run. Dre Is Playing at a Higher Level, Moving Forward His Ability To Lead Others Will Be The Key To His Recruitment But No Question a PG To Keep On Your Radar In 2025-2026 As He Is Set To Have a Big Sr Season. Projected Levels: NCAA D3+ / NAIA
6’4 Stretch 4 2025 (Post Grad) Tommy Adams III | SA St. Anthony’s 210-801-5145 Tommy Is One Semester Removed From Being An All-State, All-Region, & 2 x All-District Prospect at St. Anthony’s HS in San Antonio. Had Options Out of High School Before Deciding To Go To Texas State Just For School. Like Most Seniors With The Portal, The Long Process Can At Times Discourage College Level Seniors Stuck In a Waiting Game, And That’s Exactly What Happened In Tommy’s Case. However, When I Heard He Was Hungry To Play Again And Was Looking To Find a Home At Semester I Invited Him Out To Get a More In-Depth Evaluation. He Passed The Test, and Just Like His Senior Season He Is No Doubt a Small College Stretch 4 With The Skill Set To Play the 3 And a Tough Matchup In Pick N Pop Action. One Facet That Stood Out To Me Was His Ability To Guard Multiple Positions. Versatile Player That D3’s Should Already Be Researching, He’s Worth A Hard Look and Will Be a Solid Pickup at Break for Any Program. Projected Levels: NCAA D3+ / Partial NAIA (Mid-Season Pickup)
6’3 Playmaker 2026 Kole Brown | Houston Yates HS 713-252-8588 Kole just has that Look of a Next Level Guard with his Length, Strength, Size and Skill Set To Play The 1-3 Positions On Offense, And Guard The 1-3 Spots On D. Has Good Shot Mechanics On His Perimeter Shot, But He Is at His Best Getting Downhill In The Half Court And When The Game Speeds Up and He Is Leading The Break and Finishing Plays In the Paint. Willing Passer That Sees The Floor Well at 6’3, Finds The Open Man When Drawing Help And Is To Strong In The Paint For Smaller Guards and Skilled Enough To Take 3/4s Out On The Perimeter And Make Plays. Intriguing Prospect that Has College Offer Written All Over Him, It’s Only a Matter of Time That Kole’s Name Starts To Move Onto More Boards This Year. Houston Yates Is Always In The Mix, And Kole Will Be a Big Key To How Far They Go In 25-26 Which Will Only Enhance His Recruitment Down The Stretch. Projected Levels: D1 JUCO / NCAA D2
5’11 Point Guard 2026 Jzackery Deleon | SA Harlan HS 210-831-9501 Jzack Does It Again Winning His Way To The ‘Top’ In San Antonio. PG That Plays With a Certain Chip & Confidence That Is Hard To Teach, Has a High Motor And Sets the Tone For The Possession Defensively And Continues To Showcase Consistent Leadership Traits In Each And Every Camp He Has Attended. The Strive for the ‘9’ Formula Takes College Ready Toughness, And Jzack Has Yet To Not Finish On ‘Top’ In Four UC Exposure Camps In 4 Different Cities. Leadership, Effort, And Communication Travels Well And He Always Packs All 3 In His Suit Case When He Is Heading To a Game, Camp or Showcase. It’s Only a Matter of Time Before His Recruitment Starts To Pickup As the Season Is Now Here, And His Talent Will Be Front and Center For One of the Better Teams In SA This Year (Harlan HS). Don’t Wait To Get Eyes On Jzack As He Will Draw More and More Interest In The Fall With His On Court Play after Sitting Out Last Spring With an Injury! Projected Levels: Top Ranked NCAA D3+ / NAIA
6’2 2 Guard 2028 Cooper Carrano | Austin Lake Travis 512-627-7100 I First Discovered Coop Last Spring at the Central Texas Camp, And Loved His Overall Game And Motor. Was Flying Under The Radar After Being Home Schooled Last Year, But He Heads Into His Sophomore Season Now at Lake Travis HS Where He Looks Up For The Challenge of Playing In a Much Tougher District In a Program That Is Always In The Playoff Race. Moves Great Without The Ball To Get To His Spots And Knock Down Shots, And The Corpus Christi A&M Coach Simply Stated ‘He’s The Best Off Ball Help Defender In The Gym…” I Couldn’t Agree More, And With His Basketball IQ On Both Sides of the Ball, I Don’t Expect Coop To Take a Back Seat at LT and Wait His Turn To Play, I Predict He Will Get Off To a Fast Start And Be an Impact Player On a Very Good 6A Program. Early Lead On a College Level 2 Guard In The Class of 2028 Projected Levels: Top Ranked NAIA / NCAA D2
6’4 Playmaker / Small Forward 2027 Will Gardner | Houston Conroe 443-400-6672 Not Sure What Position Will Would Play in College, But I’m Sure He Has College Level Upside And Is a Scholarship Level Athlete With 2 Years To Grow His Perimeter Game. Right Now, He’s a Big Bodied Wing That Is Physically Strong Enough To Play The 4 In High School, And Is Tough To Stop 8 Feet and In When He Is In Attack Mode. Excels In Ball Screen Action When 4’s Are Guarding Him, With His Ability To Pick And Pop Against Bigger Forwards or Roll Hard vs Wings And Pin In The Paint. Has Good Instincts Defensively In Help D Situations, And Made Some College Level Plays Rotating Over And Altering Or Blocking Shots Coming From the Help Side. Really Like This Kid’s Potential & Upside With Time On His Side To Grow His Game In All Facets, He is One To Get On Your Radar In the Class Of 2027 And Get Eyes On In The Fall. Projected Levels: JUCO / NAIA+
5’10 Point Guard 2027 Jason Vidaurri | Marshall HS 210-371-6601 Jason Is a Pure PG That Can Run a Team, Makes Others Better With His Ability To Get Past the First Line of Defense And Make The Right Play, And Plays With Great Pace In Both The Open Court And HC Setting. Doesn’t Get Sped Up By Ball Pressure, Just Has a Good Feel For the Game And Very Court Savvy So Always Looks In Control And Makes The Right Play Over The Highlight Play. Shoots It Well Enough To Keep Defenses Honest, Which Allows Him To Make More Plays And Space the Floor Offensively. First Time I’ve Seen Jason Up Close After Hearing Good Things, And He Didn’t Disappoint Showcasing Solid Decision Making Throughout, Stayed Engaged, And Led His Team To The Top Prospect Title After a Very Good Showing In Session One Where Coaches Can Assess College Readiness. Class of 2027 PG To Add To Your Players To Watch List This Season In SA Projected Levels: NCAA D3+ / Could Play His Way Onto NAIA Boards
5’11 Combo Guard 2027 Ethan Cardona | SA Wagner HS 210-452-1061 And Then You Have My Personal Favorite In The SA Camp If You Strictly Evaluate Getting The Most Out Of The Hand Your Dealt, And Ethan Does Just That!!! Man I Wish More Kids Would Take a Page Out of Ethan’s Book, And Play With The Same Passion And Love for the Game That This Kid Plays With. His Stats Won’t Indicate His Worth This Year Playing On a Senior Heavy Wagner Team With Really Good Guard Play, But I Guarantee You He Will Make a Lot of Winning Plays That Won’t Go Unnoticed By His Coaching Staff And Teammates This Year at Wagner. That’s What It Used To Be About, STAR IN YOUR ROLE To Help Your Team Win And When It’s Your Turn Be Ready To Shine. Ethan Will Shine His Senior Season, But You Can Count On Him Starring In His Role And Being a Bigger Key To How Far Wagner Goes This Year. You Can’t Devalue What He Brings Daily To Practices, Games, And When He’s Gets His Opportunities This Year You Bet He Will Be Ready To Play… Projected Levels: NCAA D3+ / NAIA (If You Want To Make Your Team Tougher Keep Ethan On Your Radar)
NOTABLES
6’2 2 Guard 2027 Khailen White | San Antonio Cole 914-483-9661 Khailen Has Quietly Worked His Way Into a Very Good Varsity Level Prospect that is Set To Have a Breakthrough Season at Cole This Year. That’s The Way It Truly Works, To Many Parents Pay Only For Quote Un Quote “Exposure” And Exposure Is Gained Over a Period of Time By Putting In The Work It Takes To Elevate Your Game. I’ve Evaluated And Worked With Khailen Since His Freshmen Season, And His Time Has Come To Take The Next Step And That’s Being a Key Player For Cole This Season. He’s Going To Be Just That, As He Has Improved His Overall Offensive Game And Is Defending and Rebounding at a Much Higher Level These Days. Love Watching Uncommon Players Focus On the Daily Process It Takes To Truly Start To “Gain Interest” From College Coaches Over Paying 1000s For The Outcome (College Offer) Stay Tuned I Predict Khailen Gets Off To a Great Start This Year And His Best Ball Is Still In Front of Him. Projected Levels: NCAA D3 / NAIA (Those Levels Could Increase With 2 Years To Improve And The Leap He’s Made In All Facets Of His Game)
6’2 2 Guard 2027 Bowen Pape | Boerne HS 956-802-0408 Bowen Has Really Good Shot Mechanics, Shoots the 3 at a High %, And Does a Great Job of Getting To His Spots In the HC and Moving Without the Ball Which Opens Up Drives. Knocked Down Some Tough Shots In Catch And Shoot Situations Which Translates To The Next Level, And Did a Good Job Pursuing Rebounds From the 2 Position. High IQ Efficient Offensive Player That Competes Hard On The Defensive End as Well, and Did a Good Job Talking On D And Being Vocal Throughout the Camp. Has To Continue To Put In Work In The Weight Room And Get Stronger Off The Bounce, But He’s Only a 2027 And Has The Right Approach So I Expect He Will Continue To Get Better In Both Areas. Regardless, Bowen Brings a College Ready Weapon To The Floor With His Ability To Knock Down Shots And Can Shoot Over the Top of the D at 6’2. 2027 2 Guard To Get On Your Radar! Projected Levels: NCAA D3+ / NAIA
5’8 Point Guard 2029 Isaiah Oates | San Antonio Cole 910-489-2718 And Then We Have The Smallest, Most Unassuming Guard In the Camp in 2029 Isaiah Oates. I’m Very Familiar With Isaiah As He Attended a 'Future Prospect’ Camp After His 7th Grade Season, Came To Last Year’s College Prep Workouts Filled With College Level Signees In the 2025 Class, And I Thought He Was Ready For An Invite To My Big Boy Camps! He Was More Than Ready Starting Off The Day Winning The Skills Challenge, And Than Proceeded To Win Every Segment of Session One Where Players Are Put In College Level Situations To See How They Compete And Perform Under Duress. Didn’t Phase Isaiah One Bit, Not Only Did He Hold His Own He Was On The Winning Side Of The Ball In Every Situation He Was Put In Making His Team Better And Making a lot of Winning Plays. There May Be Bigger More Well Known 2029’s In San Antonio, But Mark My Words In A Few Years A lot More Coaches In The Area And at the Next Level Will Know Who This Kid Is… Projected Levels: (2029 With To Much Time On His Side To Elevate His Game & Increase His Recruitment)
DFW CAMP RECAP
6’7 Forward 2026 Yanni Ibikunle | Houston Randle HS 832-971-7722 After Showcasing Being an Elite Level Rebounder In The Houston Camp, Yanni Showed The Offensive Skill Set It Takes To Play Out of the High Post In the DFW Camp by Finishing In The Finals of The Skills Challenge Showing His Offensive Versatility and Ability to Knock Down Perimeter Shots. Although He Fell One Basket Short of Winning The Skills Challenge, He Out Toughed and Out Played Players In The Next Segment Winning The Position Split Competition Going Away. Yanni Has The Keys To The Car, And His Recruitment And Level of Recruitment Is 100% Up To What He Wants It To Be. The Physical Gifts, College Ready Body, And Athleticism Is There To Play At The Higher Levels. Stay Tuned, By The Time District Play Rolls I Can See Yanni Peaking And Playing Scholarship Level Basketball. Projected Levels: D1 JUCO / NCAA D2
6’4 2 Guard 2026 Elijah Smothers | Lubbock Monterey 806-252-2620 Another Player That Has Elevated His Game In Every Facet Since My Initial Evaluation In a Summer Camp is 3 x ‘Top Prospect’ Elijah Smothers. Elijah Is Going To Surprise Some Folks Early This Season By How Much His Game Has Grown This Summer without the Ball in His Hands. Not Just a 3pt Specialist anymore, He is Rebounding at a Scholarship Level, Finishing Plays Through Contact When Run Off The Line & Consistently Communicates And Leads at a High Level Which Makes Everyone Around Him Better. After Factoring Progress I’ve Seen Personally Since the June Camp, Elijah Is Now Playing Scholarship Level Basketball Heading Into The Season & NAIA & NCAA D2 Programs Should Add This To Your 2026 Recruits To Watch This Season. Projected Levels: NAIA+ / NCAA D2
6’1 Point Guard 2026 Tre Olatunbosun | Cy Fair HS 713-505-0700 Tre Shows Me Another Facet of His Game That Translates to The College Level Each Time I Get an Opportunity To Evaluate Him In the Small Group College Intense Setting. Last Week In Houston, Tre Showed The Ability To Score at all 3 Levels and Was Started To Make Progress as a Leader. One Week Later in DFW He Continues to Grow His Game And Is Staying Engaged, More Vocal, And Made a lot More Winning Plays Without the Ball In His Hands In DFW. Early Lead On a 2-Way Player Set To Have a Big Sr Season as the Leader of Cy Fair this Year. I Predict Tre Will Head Into The Spring With Genuine Interest And Scholarship Level Offers Due To His On Court Play. Don’t Sleep on this Under Rated PG, He’s Set to Rise In the Ranks in 2025-2026! Projected Levels: D1 JUCO / NCAA D2
6’2 2 Guard 2026 Payton Shawver | Abilene HS 325-370-2567 Deceptive Athlete That Has a Quick First Step And Is At His Best When He Gets Downhill In the Open Court and Half Court. Quick First Step And Playmaker That is Tough To Stop When He Gets In The Paint. Capable of Knocking Down Open ‘3’s’ Which Keeps the Defense Honest and Opens Up Driving Lanes. Payton Doesn’t Know How Good He Can Truly Be If He Stays and Plays In Attack Mode Consistently On Offense and Defense. Has Physical Tools That Is Hard To Teach, And When He Decides To Use His Speed, Athleticism And Explosiveness On The Boards and On Defense His Level of Interest and Recruitment Will Immediately Increase. Great FIT in Up Tempo System That Pushes Off Misses, Looks To Score Quick, And Extends Their Pressure on Defense. Scholarship Level Athlete & Player To Get On Your Radar and Research Early This Season Projected Levels: NCAA D3+ / NAIA
6’8 Small Forward 2026 Wish Lombo | Cy Fair 281-772-9035 Intriguing Big Man That Can Play The 3-5 Positions On Offense and Does a Great Job off the Ball Defensively Changing or Blocking Shots as a 2nd Line Defender. Wish Has Great Instincts and Timing Defensively In Help D Situations That Stands Out In His Favor. Made a lot of Winning Plays That Don’t Show Up on Stat Sheets by Altering Shots or Forcing Bad Shots by Rotating On Defense Off the Ball. D1 Level Athlete That Plays Above The Rim, Had Several Dunks In Traffic both In Fast Break Situations and the HC, and Has the Skill Set To Play On The Perimeter. Stretch 4 That Can Make Plays Off the Bounce, Gets to His Spots, And can Shoot over the Top of the D at 6’8. Once he Starts Taking Advantage of Mismatches when Smaller Wings / SF’s Guard Him He Will be a Much Tougher Matchup For Opposing Defenses And His Recruitment Will Start To Pick Up. Projected Levels: JUCO / Up Tempo NAIA+
6’4 Playmaker 2026 Torin Cantu | Rockwall HS 469-786-9120 Not Sure What Position Torin Will Play in College, But Players are Players And Torin Has College Level Talent And Is Physically College Ready. Has Some Tools You Can’t Teach, And Brings Versatility And the ‘Mindset’ it Takes On Defense To Be An Elite Defender And Start Drawing Interest from College Coaches In The Fall. Selected 10-6A District Defensive POY His Jr Season And The Foundation is There Offensively To Put Up Bigger Numbers His Sr Season. Too Big and Too Strong To Settle for Perimeter Shots, So If He Uses that Same Physical Tools and Talent To Attack The Paint and Glass His Stock Will Rise and Rise Quick. Soaked Up Coaching So I Can See Torin Having a Big Senior Season and Heading Into the Spring On College Coaches Boards Projected Levels: D2 JUCO / NAIA
5’11 2 Guard 2026 Pierce Davis | John Paul II 214-803-6756 Pierce is a Knock Down Shooter, With a Quick Release and Is Always Moving Offensively So He Not Only Gets to His Spots, His Ability to Knock Down a High % Beyond the Arc Spaces The Floor For His Team at all Times. Has Shown Tremendous Progress Since The First Camp He Attended Back In June at Making More Plays Without The Ball In His Hands. Teams That Shoot a High Volume of 3’s And Run a 5 Out Motion Dribble Drive Attack Should Already Have Pierce on Their List of Recruits To Watch this Season. I Can Tell Pierce Has Put In the Work This Off Season And Heads Into His Sr Season Playing at a Much Higher Level. 2026 Set To Have a Big Senior Season on a Very Good John Paul II Team That Can Make a Deep Playoff Run In 2025-2026 Projected Levels: D2 JUCO / NCAA D3+
6’4 Playmaker 2026 Sebastian Cooley | Cy Park 832-609-8591 Long Versatile Wing That Plays To His Strengths, Guards the 1-3 On Defense, and Plays Bigger Than 6’4 In the Paint and On the Glass! Sebastian is a Consistent 3pt Shot Away from Not Only Increasing His Recruitment But His Level of Recruitment. Has Good Shot Mechanics, Just Needs To Be Able To Hit Timely Shots To Open Up More Driving Opportunities Which is When He is at His Best. Scholarship Level Playmaker That is Tough To Stop When He Gets Downhill In The Open Court and Half Court, Has a Nice Mid-Range Game and The Size To Shoot Over the Top of the D, and Consistently Competes on the Defensive End. He Continues to Draw More and More Interest from College Coaches, And Will Only Get Better. Big Time Student In the Classroom, Checks all the Boxes off the Court, And One to Get On Your Radar In The Fall. Projected Levels: NAIA / NCAA D2
6’1 Combo Guard Caleb Allen 2026 | Bryson HS 940-282-2776 Caleb is a Skilled Combo Guard with a High Basketball IQ That Can Play Both The 1 and 2 Positions with his Court Vision When He’s Playing the PG, and Can Score it in a Variety of Ways When He’s Off the Ball. Has A Good Understanding of When To Shoot, Pass or Drive It and Makes the Right Play Over The Highlight Play. TABC All-State Guard Flying Under The Radar Heading Into His Sr Season Only Due To Playing at a Small HS Where College Level Players Can Get Overlooked. Caleb Took advantage of the Small Group Setting And From Start To Finish Played Consistent Solid Basketball On Both Ends Finishing on ‘Top’ In DFW vs 5A and 6A Talent. College Level Sleeper To Get on Your 2026 Watch List in the Fall Projected Levels: NCAA D3+ / NAIA
HOUSTON CAMP RECAP
6’7 Forward 2026 William Randle | Cy Lakes 832-855-9085 Like I Said In The DFW Tourney Recap I Don’t Want To Sound Like A Broken Record with Big Will But This is The 4th Evaluation Up Close and Personal of William Randle: 2 SWIPA Tourneys & 2 UC Exposure Camps and College Coaches Know Me and Know When I Put My Name On a Player This Early He Has To Sell Me In 2 Areas: Consistent College Level Toughness & Consistent Effort On The Defensive End. Well I’m Sold, He Has a Motor That Never Stops, Is an Elite Rebounder and Defender And More Importantly He Not Only Soaks Up Coaching He Ups His Level of Play Even More When Challenged. If You Don’t Get Will On Your Radar Early You Won’t Get William Late! It’s Only a Matter of Time Before Interest Starts To Turn To Offers at the Scholarship Levels. Projected Levels: D1 JUCO / NCAA D2
6’5 Playmaker/ Stretch 4 2026 Jesse Mikus | L.D. Bell High School Jesse Needs the Right System To Move Onto Scholarship Level Boards, but He Has The Tools and The Talent To Secure Scholarship Level Offers When It’s All Said And Done. NAIA/NCAA D2 Programs That Run a Lot of Ball Screen Action w/ the Trail 4 or Look for For SF’s That Can Space The Floor With Their 4 Than Jesse Is One To Get On Your Radar and Get On Early. Tough Matchup When Setting Ball Screens With Guard Skills To Take Bigger Forwards off the Bounce and The Ability to Knock Down a High % of Shots Beyond The Arc In Pick and Pop Situations. Really Liked How He Competed Throughout The Tournament As Well, When Most Players Pick and Choose When They Will Bring It In These Tourneys Based On the Team They Are Playing, Jesse Did The Opposite and Competed Throughout Which Is Why He Stood Out As One of the Top Players in DFW! Projected Levels: Top 25 NAIA / NCAA D2
6’2 Point Guard 2026 Tookie Johnson | Lubbock Cooper-Liberty HS 806-407-7635 One of The Most Consistent Playmakers And Guards In The DFW Camp Was Tookie Johnson, Scholarship Level Lead Guard That Scores It At All 3 Levels, Can Play The 1 or the Off Guard at the Next Level, and Has Great Court Savvy and The Court Vision It Takes To Run a Team In College. Right Now With How The Game Has Changed On Both Ends, He Is Still More of a Combo Than a One Dimensional Point Guard That Will Be a Great Fit In a 5 Out Offense That Extends Their Man To Man Defensive Pressure. Position Aside, Tookie is a College Level Recruit That Made a Lot of Winning Plays On Both Ends of the Floor Throughout The Camp. Doesn’t Get Sped Up, Has a Quick First Step And Get’s By First Line Defenders, Gets In The Paint & Makes The Right Read When Attacking Off the Bounce. High IQ High Assist / Low Turnover Guard That Can Both That Is Underrated Playing In an Under Recruited West TX Region, But That Will Change Once The Season Gets Rolling. Projected Levels: NAIA / NCAA D2
6’4 Combo Guard 2026 Daniel Mitchell | Cy Lakes 346-257-1285 Daniel Showed Signs of Scoring it at all 3 Levels, Has the Versatility Athleticism and Length to Guard the 1-3 Spots, and Is Tough To Stop In Transition When He Is Attacking Downhill. Has The Look & Natural Talent To Secure Offers at the Higher Levels (D2+/LM D1) and Plenty of Time To Continue To Grow His Game. Would be a Great FIT in a Program That Extends Their Defensive Pressure, Switches Screens and Pushes It To Score Off Missed Shots. Intriguing Wing That Can Play His Way Into a D1 Level Offer if He Puts Up Big Numbers This Year at Cy Lakes and Leads Them on a Deep Playoff Run. The Key Moving Forward for Daniel To Move Onto D1 Boards Is Embrace Being a Lockdown Defender As He Has Everything You Need To Guard Multiple Positions and Shut Down The Opposing Team's Best Player. Scholarship Level Offensive Player and Rebounder from The Guard Position Set To Have a Big Sr Season. Projected Levels: NCAA D2 / LM D1
6’2 Combo Guard 2026 Roman Washington | L.D. Bell HS Roman Plays With Great Pace, Understands How To Play and Has a High Basketball IQ. Versatile Big Guard That Finishes In Transition, Excels In the Open Court and Does a Great Job at Changing Speeds In the HC and Making Plays off the Bounce. Roman Just Needs to Stay and Play In Attack Mode For Longer Stretches as the Talent is There To Make More Plays On Both Ends. Has College Level Potential And His Recruitment and Level of Recruitment Will Be Up To How He Performs In the First Semester at L.D. Bell. They Have Some Solid Pieces Returning in a Very Tough District, So If Roman Steps Up as the Leader and Not Just one of the Leading Scorers His Stock Will Rise Quick and he Will Start to Draw More Interest from Scholarship Level Programs. Projected Levels: D2 JUCO / NAIA
5’10 Point Guard 2028 Elijah Olatunbosun | Cy Fair HS Elijah Does What PG’s Should Do, Could Do, But Most Don’t and That Will Benefit Elijah In the Long Run As He Continues To Develop Leadership Habits That Have Nothing To Do With Hitting Shots, but Everything To Do With Gaining Genuine Exposure. When Evaluating PG’s I Look Closely at 2 Things, 1: Do They Stay Engaged In The Game Possession by Possession (Know Time, Possession & Score) 2: Verbal (Vocal) and Nonverbal Communication (Body Language) As a Former College Coach at Various Levels Those Two Traits Determine Your Recruitment and Level of Recruitment If You Play the PG Position. Elijah Did Both Throughout the Tourney and It Resulted In 2 Big Wins That Were One and Two Possession Close Games. Played Consistent Throughout The Weekend When It Came To Leading from Start To Finish. Projected Levels: NAIA / NCAA D2 (With 2 Years To Grow His Game That Level Can Increase)
6’5 Small Forward 2028 Bra’lon Cage | Cy Fair HS And Then We Have BIG Bra’lon Cage that Plays Bigger Than 6 '5, Rather Battle In the Paint Than Settle for 3’s and is a Load Down Low. Pins Hard, has Great Hands and Soft Touch Around The Basket but when push comes to shove Bra’lon is going to WIN The Battle in the Paint. It Was So Refreshing To See a Big Man Playing Big and Forcing Double Teams By Engaging In The Paint on Ball Reversals, And Going After Every Board Forcing Opposing Teams To Block Him Out Which Very Few Did. Attacked The Offensive Glass All Weekend And Got Several Putbacks or 2nd Shot Opportunities for his Team. On Top of That, He Does a Great Job When Drawing Help of Kicking it Out and Finding the Open Man. Really Like Bra’lon and Has D1 Level Upside With 2 Years To Grow His Overall Game. Projected Levels: NCAA D2+ / D1
