With Over 30 Years of Coaching Experience Which Includes Two Decades at the Collegiate Level Evaluating Talent and Recruiting Prospective Student-Athletes Serving as the Recruiting Coordinator at NCAA D1, D2, D3 and NAIA Programs. During a Highly Successful 20 Year Stint in College, Coach V was Instrumental in the Recruitment and Development of 87 1st Team All-Conference Players, 34 All-Americans, 29 Academic All-Americans, and a Member of 9 Conference Championship Teams at the Collegiate Level. In just his 3rd Season as the Head Coach of an NAIA Start Up Program OLLU, he led them to a 27-3 Record, Elite Eight Appearance, and was Named Texas Small College Coach of The Year and Finalist for NABC National Coach of the Year.
